Brewed on 4/1/17.

Was running out of time so the "whirlpool" was really just adding them all at flameout and keeping them in the keggle (in hop spider) while chilling. Probably had about 15 minutes of contact time in total from temp of 210 down to 190 or so in the keggle itself.

Chinook at bittering was really 10ml of Hopshot - said to give 10 IBU's per ml (?).....actually is a combo of various hop oils/resin (ie cascade, chinook, centennial, etc...).

4/6 - added 6oz dry hop (2 Citra, 2 Simcoe, 2 El Dorado)

4/9 - gravity at 1.016...mostly done...moved to keg (removed dry hops)
