Vannjustering: CaCO3 (kun mesk): 16 gram og NaHCO3 (kun mesk): 8 gram (bakepulver). Det er pgså tillsatt 400g 86%sjokolade, det er også tillsatt stengene fra 2 bourbon vaniljestenger på 5min og frøene fra disse på 2 min. det er også tilsatt 700g lactose på 5min.

Sjokoladen, 4 plater med 86%, blei kokt opp i 2L vann skummet av fett etter beste evne, til slutt var det totalt 1,5L tilbake som blei tilsatt i vørteren.
