Good:
-----
- Sweet
- Thick body
- Beautiful aroma
- Nice oakey flavor from the yeast

Bad:
- Overpowering flavor of roasted barley
- Not as much "nut" flavor as I would like... needs some brown malt or something.
- Sharp alcoholic bite, which will hopefully disappear with age.

This could be a lot better if I did the following:

- Decrease amount of roasted barley
- Increase biscuit malt
- Let it age for awhile (it's starting to taste pretty decent now).
