chamomile goes into hopstand and 80 C followed shortly after by cascade hop addition at around 75C.
I think Cascade at late addition like that will give it a citrusy lemon/lime aroma/flavour which Ella should also give as a late dry hop addition. Hoping to compliment the fruity yet earthy sweet flavour of chamomile.
