Notes
Mash at 153 for 60 minutes. Slowly raise temp to 168 and hold for 10 minutes. Sparge to 8.5 gal for a 90 minute boil
Pitch yeast at 65-68 and let rise to a max of 75 over 5 days. If not close to 75 by the 4th day, force temp to 75. Hold for 6 days or until FG is reached.
Cold crash, keg, and add clarifier before carbing.
