Notes
This is my attempt at a Tree House Hazy Clone.
Ferment at 65-67 12 days
For the Hops use Cyro Hops for Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra
I will also add the dry hops at day 7 for 5 days of fermentation left and lower temperature to 60 F.
Cold crash beer at day 12 to 34 to 36 F for one day.
