Gravity at mash end: 1.056, ~5.5 gallons.
drained grains, and cold rinsed. got 1.030 out of that. topped to 6.25 gallons.

boiled 30 mins, then started hop schedule. ended up with barely 5 gallons in the fermenter ( got called by work and may have boiled a little too long ).

1.063 @86 before pitching yeast.
1.059 after pitching.

recipe originally had 4x Citra but that was at 11 ibu, mine are 14.
reduced to 3x citra for 15 mins @ 170 whirlpool.

Honey to be added to fermentation
F.G.: 1.010
Dry hop lasted 6 days due to the keg cleaner breaking.

tasted at kegging:
great nose, intro, ‘wet’ hop mouthfeel, good but not overbearing hop ‘bite’, restrained bitterness, balanced with the malt.
