Clarity Ferm addition = 158mL per 10bbls
KO at 55 and free rise to 60. Then bump to 65 halfway through.
1st batch - mash temp only hit 151.2. was still too high, added a touch of AA in but it didnt drop any for us. Maybe too much carafoam. Could drop a couple pounds and add elsewhere. Also the centennial was a bit heavy. Could stand to lower that a bit and let the motueka shine a bit more. Also, with cryo we were looking at 2 lbs per barrel. Could drop this to 1.7lbs per barrel. It was a bit aggresssive so says me.
