This was a fantastic dark lager and a real crowd pleaser. Great head retention great color great drinkability. Slightly sweet with coffee and chocolate notes.

There was a lot of trube in the initial 3-4 glasses and the final 2 glasses. So let the beer settle longer after adding gelatin and turn the pickup tube up to start with when racking to key.
