Notes

50/50 Pilsner and Maris for the base. ~20% flaked corn for flavor and to dry it out. 5% chit for mouthfeel and head. 5% Honey malt for a touch of sweet malt flavor.

Using Apollo on this to get rid of some hops I have sitting around. I usually would use Cascade, Centennial and/or Columbus. However the dank/resin from the Apollo should be perfect as that's why I use Columbus late in the boil usually.

Second time using 2565. Using the yeast cake from my recent Kolsch which was incredibly crisp and clean, so I'm hoping to do the same here keeping it around 60-64F during primary fermentation.
