Notes

Neutral water profile (balanced) 1:1 sulfate/chloride. I didn't take notes on this before, but I'm pretty sure I used a similar water profile in my first iteration... which was absolutely delicious.

I swapped the 11# of pale malt with Maris Otter. hopefully that doesn't make it too rich or malt-forward.
