Notes

Day #1 - Brew day
1) Bring 7.5 gallons of water to ~155 F, add water salts.
2) Stir in grains, mash for 60 minutes at ~150 F.
3) Remove grain bag and drain until 6.5 gallons is reached.
4) Boil wort for 30 minutes, add yeast nutrient with 10 min left.
5) Add whirlpool hops after turning off heat, stir for 30 min.
6) Cool wort to 65 F, transfer to fermenter, and pitch yeast.
Day #3 - Add first dry hops (in muslin bags).
Day #6 - Add second dry hops (in muslin bags).
Day #9 - Remove dry hops and keg the beer.

Use 8 gallons of water next time
