This was my first time brewing this. I may increase the amount of orange peel ar add orange zest to bring out the flavor.

Brewing this beer right now. I've been looking for a beer that is as close to a clone of Sunking Daylight Orange Creme ale as possible. I hope this one gets pretty close!

If I'm not able to achieve the level of desired orange intensity using this recipe I may just add orange flavoring

I just brewed this again and I'm about to keg it. I think I'm going to add some orange flavoring because the zest quantity just isn't enough. I may bump the zest up to 3 oz next time.
