2 week fermentation?

@Redbean, I built a 1400ml starter, so depending on your methods, conditions, and cell count—sure!. :) But, I'd say two weeks at a minimum.

I understand the 7 day dry hop.
What do you mean by 0 day dry hop?

@pavloC Great question. For me, 0 day dryhop is a dryhop I put in the keg.

@Nebula Brewing - Thanks! I have never done that , nor heard of it. So you just let it sit there in the keg until the keg is kicked?

@pavloC Yep. Of course, your milage may vary. Some say they experience grassy notes, but that's never been my experience. I'd recommend trying it! I usually only do it on beers (like hazy IPAs) where I want lots of hop aroma and flavor.

Did you move to a secondary to get the beer of the first dry hop addition? When you kegged it, did you have it sit for a while to condition?

@Mkexrossi Sorry for the late reply! I never received a notification that I had a comment here.

I put my second DH addition in the keg. I usually try to let my beers condition for at least two weeks or so before I pull a sample.
