Notes

Lactose & DME all mixed with warm water and added once boil is complete to sterilise but not get scorched on the heat plate.

Pitch yeast at 22C and keep it there for a 3 days, bring up to 23C after that for a week. Verdant ferments quickly and after 10-11 days will likely be done.

(If possible do a day at 25C for a diacetyl rest.)

First dry hop leave in for 3 days then remove. Second dry hop do in a cold crash when FG approaches. This will significantly improve hop aroma.

Ascorbic acid when bottling/canning/kegging will hold off oxidisation.
