Notes
A classic recipe for Marsh Farmhouse Brewery. Actually, this was our flagship Brett beer....Typical Belgian grains, Noble hops with a little bit of funk and fruit, and an aggressive Sacramices yeast followed by Omega Bring on da Funk and our Belgian blend slurry,,,,,3 weeks in the fermenter and barrel aged for a few more weeks....Looking for funk, fruit, dank, Brett and a clean finish.....Happened before.....with the brew gods' blessing, should happen again.....btw, I really think the adjuncts add a lot of character in body and taste....
