Notes

Split Batch: split dry hops into 3 2oz portions.
First dryhop in primary 2 days after pitching
After primary complete, soft crash to 58F and rack to secondary keg with dry hop 2.
After 2 days remove dry hop 2, add dry hop 3
Second dry hop after primary rack to 2 kegs
1) American IPA - crash to 35F and fine with gelatin/Pvcc
2) NEIPA - hold at 58F, no fines
