I've been a home brewer since 2011 when I got an extract kit for Christmas 2010 from my kids. I now brew all-grain, but still do it the simplest way possible. I particularly enjoy brewing small experimental batches.

I recently brewed a 5 gallon "base" stout, then infused half with bourbon and half with coffee. Both are excellent, but cold weather beers.
I'm ready to brew a Chimay Red clone. Just need to find a full day to do it.
