My Brewing:

I have been homebrewing since college. I love it. It is the perfect craft for me, I love everything craft beer.

My Beers:

I have dabbled with almost all popular styles except sours in my early years of homebrewing, now, I mainly brew strong beers. Russian imperial stouts, imperial browns, IPA's and of course, Holiday brews. My absolute favorite to drink (homebrew/commercial brew) are IPA's but my wife absolutely loves RIS's
