Started brewing beer from kits (and wine from fresh fruit) when I was a student in the 1980s. After a long hiatus I got back into brewing in 2013 and have made about 40 all-grain batches in the last 2-3 years. I usually make English & American pale ales, lagers, kolsch, Belgian blonde & hybrid styles, always staying under or near 5% abv. Favourite new world hops are Citra and Mosaic.
