2lbs of hops per barrel on Terrifico, a blend of spice heavy German varieties: Spalt Select and Tettnanger
dry-hopping of Polaris hops, a new hop variety from Hüll in Germany with massive alpha acids sometimes exceeding 20% and a super high oil content
highly sessionable at just 4.7% ABV with a very un-pilsner like 42 IBU's.
Jester King Kettle hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh; Dry-hopped with Spalter Select and Saphir. |
