Notes: Plenty of meadowsweet out at the moment to try Meadowsweet Ale inspired by Buhner's Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers. His recipes rely on sugar - effectively making them similar to Elderflower Champagne, Country Wine or as some of these brews are termed these days: hard seltzer or soda. This one substitutes the sugar for DME, low end IBU and ABV aiming for light and refreshing. Water as is from the tap. |
