Grain bill is just to imitate the pre-boil wort provided. Everything else is additional. Grind whole mahlab seeds just before adding 5 minutes before flameout. Ferment at 3 psi. Add cherry juice concentrate with positive pressure. Let ferment a few days. Cold crash. Rack for serving.
