6% ABV.
First run at a bells 2 hearted clone.
Seems to be too much crystal 40 in it, try cutting it in half next time.
Needs to be 8-9 lb 2 row and a couple lbs pale malt.
Needs to have some bittering hops at the beginning or before 10 minutes.
Turned out to be more of an APA but was still good beer. I would make it again as an APA. |
