Strong fermentation the first 3 days, then really slowed down.
Holding fermentation temp at 66-68 degrees.
Dropped Temp to 62 degrees to dry hop: Feb 2-4
- pulled dry hops out on Feb 4
- brought temp back up to 66
Cold crashed on Feb 7
Racked beer to keg on Feb 11 |
