Going to do a direct pitch of US-05 from another beer that has just hit FG, pre-dry hop. We use RO water. The mineral additions are targeting somewhat of a West Coast IPA profile.

HOPS - Saw an article which used Lemondrop hops. I thought this would add a nice element to the saison spice.
