Denne oppskriften vant Gløshaugen Bryggeforums IPA-off våren 2016.
Etymologi: Oppkalt etter uttrykket "green wave", som er en bølge som slår over baugen på et skip. Det er mye humle i IPA, og humle er grønn. Dette var det eneste marine uttrykket med "grønn" i seg vi kom på.
