Add the remaining wheat malt 15 minutes from the end of the boil. Shut off heat and add berries, do not boil. Prior to bottling/kegging you can add extract flavoring for more taste, (I do not). A little goes a long way, if you add too much there's no going back if you don't like it. With this yeast it takes 12-14 days at 65-68 degrees. Be patient. Very berry taste, light amber tint with a lasting head. This yeast will drop and clear with time making a sparkling fruity beer. Great for the holidays!
