Notes: Steeping grains Caraf3, Chocolate, and Corn - 2 gallons is brought to 155 and heat turned off. Grains are steeped for 25 minutes. 1 gallon H20 is added.
3 gallons of wort are brought to a rolling boil - DME is added. And .5oz hops are added for 60 minutes. At the 55 minute mark 1 oz of hops are added again. Wort is brought to 80 in ice bath and Safeale US05 is added. |
