Notes

Add 5g of WLP300 a day or two into fermentation.

Start Fermentation at 65F and then slowly ramp up to 70 at the end of fermentation.

This beer is said to taste like banana runts / Dessert IPA. During the test batch from Scott Janish, he said that the beer finished out at 1.037 (6.43% ABV) which was uncharacteristic for the attributes in the recipe.
