Yeah ! It's good
Thick juicy and not too bitter
Bio transformation is real !
Hazy AF
Pineapple, grapefruit, mango notes

Will change base malt to something darker like Golden Promise as it's pretty pale for the style

Attenuation and my efficiency was way higher finished at 1.013 and 6.83% ABV

After a week the hop intensity has dropped off. Still delicious but I'm thinking of trying some additional keg hops next time.

Alright Ep2 turned out great. Less full on and more crushable!

I've played around with this recipe a far amount.
Upping hop load etc... but i keep coming back to this one
Less is more!
I think the hops before yeast pitch are key as well.
Its simply amazing and really sings about one week after tapping.
It never last long on tap its very very crushable :)

Works really well with some concentrated Yuzu juice
(Yuzu juice Kayo, 100%) but that stuff is silly expensive !
