Notes

Aim for 23 litres of wort with an OG of 1.064. Add passionfruit juice on day 4, with the dry hops. Stir a little bit. Increase temp to 20 C and then to 21-22 a couple of days later. Leave to ferment for 9-10 days after adding the juice.
