Started with +9.0 Gal. of H20. Filled Kettle 24 hrs. before Brew Day. 2.5 tsps. Gypsum / 2.5 tsps. Ca/Cl. Didn't grind Flaked Oats/Wheat with the Grain Bill. Cold Crash for 3 days. Keg and leave at 20psi for 2 - 3 days.
