First attempt at a New Glarus Spotted Cow type Ale.

UPDATE: Turned out pretty good. It certainly reminds one of Spotted Cow. This beer needs to age at least a month. I hurried to try this beer and was sorely disappointed, but a month later...yum.

This is a good beer that may be better than the "real thing". Friends and I have tried it against the original several times and all agree that this beer is better. You can also use Safale K-97 with great results. This beer must age though or it is not so good.
