Initial Tasting notes after initial burst carb:
Big juicy berry aroma with a mango fruit salad background.
Bitterness is a bit too firm and slightly peppery but dissipates rather quickly on the palate.
This could be some hop burn due to stupid amount of hops in this 10 liter batch (18 g / liter)
Forums say this that may dissipate with a week or two in cold conditioning in the keg.

Notes for next time:
- Reduce whirlpool hops down to 60g from 90g
- Use a hop bag in the whirlpool to reduce the hop particulate making its way into the fermenter
- Use a hop canister in the fermenter
- Reduce the epsom salts water addition and up the Chloride to Sulfate ratio
