Target Water Profile
Fort Collins, CO, USA 2008
Notes
-Partigyle beer with the RIS (11/24).
- Re mashed the Grains, with the addition of Rye malt, flaked rye, and smoke malt. Also used only 1 bag of the dark grains from RIS (RIS roasted grains where split into 3 bags, so only one of those was used.)
- Added Water salts to the boil (gypsum, magnesium sulfate, and calcium Chloride)
- Pitched Some stir plated, and some fridged dregs (from the Surly bender convert)
