Notes

Put only one cup of Liquid Malt in boil at 60 minutes, added the remainder at 3 minutes. Started boil with 3 gallons, it reduced to about 2.25 or so. Topped off with about 3.25 gallons if ice water. No chiller needed! Dry hopped with 2 ounces of Cascade and 1 ounce of Pallisade at 7 days. Racked to secondary at 14 days, also dryy hopped with one ounce of Citra whole cone in a bag. Plan to store inside for three days then cold crash at day 17 outside (average daytime temp about 54 degrees, night time about 38 degrees).
