Notes

Ferment for 10 days then rack to secondary. Spread out pecans on aluminum foil/roasting tray. Set oven temp to 300 degrees and timer for 20 minutes. Add to secondary and let rest for 7 days. Cold crash to 40 degrees, then transfer to keg and force carb.
