Notes

Adjust salts as needed. Recipe is built based on RO/Distilled water

This is NOT a NEIPA, but has wonderful tropical fruit flavors and aromas. While the IBU number is high, the perceived bitterness is low. My wife enjoys it and she hates IPA's

This is a monster tropical IPA. Super happy with the results. Heavy hop bursting keeps the bitterness down and brings out the tropical fruitiness of the hops. My wife hates IPA's, but she loves this one.
