Notes

Great colour following fermentation, very smooth taste. Not overly bitter, middle of the range for the style.

Bottled 45 x 500ml bottles from the batch.

Tasted a bottle 5 days after bottling - lovely bitterness level and very smooth. CO2 starting to develop after 5 days but will need another 1-2 weeks before it's really ready.
