Notes

I used Goldswaen Caramel Red malt as my crystal 20. This is the first time that I have tried this product.
Primary fermentation will last 2 weeks. Secondary fermentation will last 2 weeks also.
I will bottle about one gallon just after primary fermentation, and I will keg the remaining five gallons after the secondary fermentation. I believe this one is going to be a good one.
