This beer was brewed on our 1 BBL pilot system at New Magnolia Brewing in Houston, Tx. This was brewed on a customer's behalf who wanted a fairly basic Blonde Ale. What we ended up with was a bit better than a basic Blonde. Crystal clear and beautiful golden color. Nice grain on the nose and palate up front likely from the trio of Vienna, Victory and MO malts. Not much hop aroma put definitely get some flavor at the end on the palate. Citrus and slight pine/grassy notes. Very approachable and drinkable. Rate this a 3.9.
