메이플 바나나 임스
매싱도 아예 두군데에서, 스파징은 수율땜에 두번. 어차피 물 많이 필요하기도 하고
배치 두개로 나눠서 각각 1+시간 끓이기
생각했던 맛과 도수를 뽑으려면 맥아를 더 넣어야할듯합니다.
2주간 발효후 메이플시럽넣고 3일 추가 발효로 생각보다 도수가 오르긴했네요. 계산상의 실수로 500ml를 넣으려고 했던게 500g을 넣었고, 밀도 측정해서 10ml 13.3g을 얻어 나머지는 탄산화에 일부사용, 이외에는 냉장보관하여 추가 발효를 제한하려했습니다.
