Notes

Cocao Nibs:
3 oz cocao nibs

  1. Toast nibs @ 300F for 10 minutes
  2. Put in jar and cover with just enough bourbon
  3. Let soak for 12-24 hours

    Add around day 7-10 and let sit for 5-7 days.


    Cold Brew addition:
    3 oz cold brew
  4. Mix 2 oz coarsely ground coffee with 16 oz of cold water
  5. Steep for 12-18 hours in fridge
  6. Strain well

    Add 3 oz of cold brew to keg during the transfer for force carbonation (add cold brew first, then beer on top).


    Force carb @ 12-14 PSI @ 38F for 5-7 days.
