Target Water Profile
distilled
Notes
HBYOB does not have crystal rye (90L) I used C90 in its place
152 Mash
11/17/25 I put the 20 min addition accidentally in at the beginning of the boil. I took out the spider when I realized what happened after 5min. I put it back in at 15min left in the boil. Not sure what that will do.
I did add gypsum and whirfloc in at 15 min
water chemistry from previous black IPA Calcium Chloride 2.5g
gypsum 8g
