Notes

Sanitize oak chips by boiling them for 3 minutes.
Discard water and repeat process one more time.

On day 4:
Place cinnamon stick, oak chips, Cocoa nibs and vanilla beans in a jar and cover with Bourbon.

Day 5 (24 hours later):
Drain liquid from jar, add ingredients to a hop bag.
Next, add freshly brewed (cooled) espresso to fermenter.
