Notes

Loosely based on Purity Brewings Bunny hop, a relatively low ABV (3.8%), high IBU (55) ale which uses rolled oats. According to the brewers website they use, El Dorado, Centennial and Citra hops. Its hazy in appearance and rather delicious.

In order to balance the hops we need to create some residual sweetness, thus a relativity high mash temp and a medium attenuating yeast.

Have removed the honey and rolled oats for simplicity sake.
