Pitch at 68f, let rise to 70f, hold for 3 days, then bump to 72 and hold.
Dry hoping schedule:
Add hops @ 1.025 SG, let run for 3-5 days depending on preference.
Note: If you leave hops for 5 days you may get hop creep, which can be desirable if you want a very dry beer, like 1.007/8
