Add twice:
1lb sugar in 0.5 qt water (because 1lb water = 0.48qt)
every 2-3 days into fermentation
1.5L starter no decant --> 300B cells
Only about 4.7G into fermenter (plus .4G starter plus .25G sugar/water additions)
Should be 1.062 into fermenter before the extra 2lb sugar
