Notes

Soaked cocoa nibs, sweet orange peel and coriander in vodka for a couple days and added to secondary just before 4 day cold crash. Recommend NOT using orange peel but actual zest. The infusion was bitter with no notes of chocolate or coriander (1 oz).

whole leaf hop additions were dunked numerous times and removed when the next addition was added. Then wort squeezed from them.
